Cupping
Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine that can help Reduce pain, Lessen inflammation, Improve blood flow and circulation, Relax muscles, or loosen knots, & Detoxify. Cupping is a relaxing and relieving therapy that uses glass suction cups placed on the skin to disperse and break up stagnation and congestion in muscles. The suction in the cups gently separates the muscle from the surrounding connective tissue in order to improve blood and lymph flow. Cupping is like the inverse of massage; rather than applying pressure to muscles, it uses gentle suction to pull them upward.
